Heavy on Fashion: A Look at ImaniLia Designs

Hello all my Heavy on Fashion confidantes. Today I am happy to present a great new designer line called ImaniLia Designs. Imani Whyte is the fashionable and creative mind behind ImaniLia Designs. Born and raised in Harlem, NY Imani began designing and making clothes at the tender age of 10. After graduating from Savannah College of Art and Design with a Bachelor in Fine Arts in Fashion Design, Imani developed ImaniLa Designs. Today Imani created a great clothing line and branched into other areas in fashion including Couture, Evening Wear, Handbags, and Hair Accessories. 

Today I am going to show one of my favorite collections from ImaniLa Designs called Royal Jungle. The use of African prints and other tribal patterns with the combination of bright colors makes this collection is a summer must.  I fell in fashion love with this 2010 collection.
